Pilates with April has evolved — and so has our home. After a beautiful chapter in Terrigal, PWA is now proudly based in Green Point as our primary Reformer Pilates studio. What remains unchanged is our commitment to small group classes, intentional programming, and a welcoming, empowering community. Whether you're here to build strength, feel good in your body or simply carve out time for you — you’re exactly where you belong.
At PWA, we take the foundations of Classical Pilates and give them a fresh, dynamic twist. We honour the precision, control, and flow of the original method — but we also make it fun, creative, and just a little bit spicy. Every Reformer class at our Green Point studio is thoughtfully designed to challenge, energise and inspire.
