PWA ALIGN
PWA Align classes are designed for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or for the more advanced movers who want to focus on their technique.
You will receive a full body workout while focusing on the fundamentals, control and technique. PWA Align will empower you to understand your body better while feeling strong and challenged.

PWA TOTAL
PWA Total is an open level class and is designed for those who are ready to up their Reformer Pilates game.
PWA Total is a full-body conditioning class. You will tone, strengthen and lengthen through a challenging series of exercises on the Reformer. Get ready to challenge your strength, coordination and stability all while listening to uplifting music and experiencing the PWA burn you know and love.
Ideal for those who already have a Reformer Pilates practice.
PWA SWEAT
As the name suggests, prepare to sweat in this challenging, advanced Reformer Pilates class. PWA Sweat is designed to challenge even the strongest body and put your fitness levels to the test. Expect an athletic Reformer class with high intensity intervals, using different load and spring tensions and a variety of props to keep you engaged and energised.
You will leave feeling invigorated and inspired with endorphins flowing!
These classes are not suitable for beginners, for those with injuries or during pregnancy. We recommend that you complete 10 PWA Total classes before attending PWA Sweat.
PWA HEAT
Get ready to heat things up in our heated Reformer Pilates class! Our studio is set to the perfect temperature to help you loosen up and increase your flexibility, all while you work up a sweat and sculpt your body. Led by our expert instructors, this open level class will challenge you to push yourself to your limits, with modifications available for all fitness levels.
Our heated classes are not recommended while pregnant.
PWA JUMP
Get ready to jump into action with our reformer Pilates jump board class! This dynamic workout will challenge your entire body, as you jump, kick and burn your way to a stronger, leaner you. Our state-of-the-art reformer machines are equipped with a jump board, allowing you to add an extra dimension to your Pilates routine.
Jump board Pilates is a low-impact exercise that is easy on your joints, yet challenging for your muscles. You'll burn calories, improve your cardiovascular health and sculpt your body. PWA Jump is an open level class.
PWA GUYLATES
Looking for a challenging and rewarding workout that's specifically designed for men? Look no further than our men's only reformer Pilates class!
